Description: The first GreenTRIP certified project, The Ohlone, is a proposed 710-unit, 11 story, mixed use apartment complex within half a mile (10 minute walk) of the San Jose Diridon Station along the Vasona VTA Light Rail Line. Developers will offer two free VTA transit passes to each household. When the project was approved by the City of San Jose on November 9, 2010, The Ohlone was awarded Full GreenTRIP Certification.
